Understanding Your Payment

LaunchLoft operates on a split-payment model. The amount paid on our website is a Reservation Fee (20% of the total) to secure your desk or meeting room. The remaining balance (80%) is due directly to the workspace Partner upon arrival at the property.

1. Cancellation Window

Cancellations 24+ hours prior to booking

Users are eligible for a full refund of the online reservation amount.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking start time

Refund eligibility is strictly subject to the individual Partner's (Host's) approval, as the space was held exclusively for you.

2. No-Shows

If a user fails to arrive for their booking ("No-Show"), no refund of the reservation amount will be provided unless otherwise agreed upon by the Partner. We encourage users to cancel bookings promptly if plans change.

3. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay). Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
