In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, LaunchLoft strictly practices data minimization. We only collect data necessary to facilitate workspace bookings: Name, Contact Number, Email, and IP Address for digital signatures/KYC verification. We obtain explicit, informed consent before collecting or processing any personal data.
LaunchLoft does not process or store raw bank account or credit card numbers on our servers. All online transactions are securely processed through Razorpay using tokenization to ensure complete financial data security and compliance with RBI guidelines. Your financial data never touches our infrastructure.
User data shared via the platform shall not be misused, sold, or independently marketed by our Partners (Hosts) without explicit user consent. LaunchLoft shares only the minimum information necessary (e.g., booking name and check-in time) to enable workspace service fulfilment.
Users and Hosts have the explicit right to request data deletion. Upon account closure, LaunchLoft will perform a "soft-delete" to scrub Personally Identifiable Information (PII), retaining only the records strictly required by Indian tax (GST/TDS) and legal compliance.
